I have this problem to their not responding to people's messages I'm two days going into 3 days without having any luck or response I kind of feel like I bought a sandwich from Subway and then just as I took one bite they took the sandwich away and didn't give me my money back

I don't know how to file a report but I'm having the same problem too I can't get on the game on my Xbox account because it says I was kicked off the game database error
