Hi I have I7-3770k 16Gb of ram, 2xSSD in raid=0 and GTX770 with 2GB of vram and to date did not have a game that maxing out textures would have any fps impact at all, I guess its port issue with large textures, but anyway it is a PC not a console :P so please leave setting options to a user and individual preferences between I LOVE that bellyful sideshow, and I adore that minecrafty look of my enemy :)
On a more serious note thanks for doing that port, ARMA is THE GAME for me an I hope it will lead to full native version, after windows 10 breaking every possible privacy rule in the world, I decided that linux is the onley way forward.

This issue have something incomen witch issue : 0025393: Linux Dual Monitor Problems
In my case after fiddling with monitor cables to sett monitors in default mode 1-2-3 (game runs in main monitor) mouse cursor still offsets way to the right(from gui presumed position) in my opinion its port screen auto detection is the problem. Please repair, it must be easy fix.
Using --eon_force_display=0 on Steams launch options messing up screen resolution (I use two different types of monitors in my set-up 15"+27"+15") what makes offset even bigger.
Linux Mint 17.2 64-bit Cinamon edition, I7-3770k,all 3 monitors ruining from GTX770,Kernel 3.16.0-38, driver: 346.82-0ubuntu0.2
In my case after rewiring my monitors cables to match default settings 1-2-3 sets game in main monitor, mouse cursor problem persist if I use --eon_force_display=0 messing up screen resolution makes offset even bigger.
for cursor issue check issue : 0025394: Mouse doesn't work in an UI

Advice to change to "Linux multi-monitor problems"
I have 3 monitors one 27" an 2x15" in portrait position. Game trying to run in middle of 27" monitor in 1024x1200, I try to change resolution but no go :( , it seams that auto-detection messing up resolution between screens. I used eon_force_display option seam to be working but still problem witch mouse pointer its like it takes double widths of screen I guess it might be same issue with auto-detection messing up resolution settings between screens.
Hope its an easy fix :)
