I've met him again. This time i've started a voice communication with him. He hasn't responded however we can clearly see that he's walking too fast. I've died from him multiple times today.

I've just died second time from the hacker on that official server. My friend died here about 30min before me so i went to see if i can catch the guy. I went into a building, locked it with lockpicks.
