Same issue as the others. Low CPU/GPU utilization, incredibly low frames/hardware utilization in Multiplayer with even the most moderate settings (I'm not cranking everything to ultra and never have in an Arma game).

Specs well over the recommended requirements, but surely doesn't feel like it.

AMD FX-8350 4.2GHz (all cores unparked)
Sapphire 7870 XT 2GB (it's a Tahiti, a 7900 series card labeled as a 7800 series)
G.Skill Sniper 8GB DDR3 memory dual channel 1600MHz
ASUS Sabertooth 990FX
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Not asking for unrealistic expectations, just enough so I can enjoy a moderately sized operation online with a stable frame rate average and proper hardware utilization. I have faith.
