problem resolved. rebound inventory key and had to hold it, changed back to TAB and worked fine.

Thanks for your input friend I really appreciate it but I have 40mb fiber optic connection I haven't had any problems opening doors or any of the similar problems you listed. And like I said in my additional note, it works perfectly fine when accessing a dead players inventory.

On another note I discovered the other day that when I access dead player's inventory I can use it fine, but only then.

I also have this issue. I cannot interact with anything in my inventory weather it's dragging and dropping or drinking from a canteen, I can do nothing in my inventory. This means to reload a Mosin I have to drop the mag on the floor and look at it and then select "load in" or whatever it is. YOU ARE NOT ALONE FRIEND!
