I agree with the leaning part, but have you played the game with anything else than the pistol? You do not lie on your back when using a rifle. You sit down in a higher stance than lying on your stomach.

Is there anything more i should add? Because the status is still "need more info".

I excluded one of the offroad's mirrors in the description.

This problem occurs when you use the action "List of players" which has its keybind in Controls->Multiplayer. I recommend using the map's player list as it doesn't cause this problem.
