Kendal added a comment to T110000: Items moved within pouches of plate carrier disappear.
Have recreated, found the issue to occur when swapping one item with another though, simply moving the item within the pouches did not cause item loss.
Kendal added a comment to T108501: Spawned in within inaccessible ATC room having logged off on top of roof.
Repeated, having logged off again in similar position, spawned again within inaccessible room
