Items moved within pouches of plate carrier disappear

Description

When an item is in a slot in the attached pouches for the plate carrier and moved to a different position in the pouches, it disappears.

It does not appear on the ground and moving other items around within inventory does not make it reappear.

Have an item in the pouches of a plate carrier. Move it to a different spot in the pouches.

Have recreated, found the issue to occur when swapping one item with another though, simply moving the item within the pouches did not cause item loss.

can confirm this bug. it only seems to happen though when u have the pistol holster attached, only with the pouches its fine.
