I did what the list say and it work i can respawn and are not stuck no more thanks.
- Rename your character and restart the game
- Log in to a server
- When you get the "You are dead" or "You are unconscious" screen, open the pause menu and respawn
- The timer will start counting down from 30 seconds
- During this 30 second countdown quickly switch servers
