It would certainly be more realistic to do this, but I think from a technical standpoint it would be difficult given the necessary voice actors and such. Also, I don't wan't to run around and see a bunch of women in underwear, which you can bet will happen in multiplayer. I don't know, at one side its a no brainer, at the other this is the internetz.
