they should just disable to option to add notes as a guest..

Just a server desync. Sometimes you have to wait for around a minute before the item appears on the ground. Similar issues have already been reported

Instead of telling no one how to do it, set your post on 'Private'. Like this only the moderators can see it. Because they don't have the time to e-mail you for a problem like this if there are a 1000 other problems they have to fix.

Rocket already mentioned in a post that they did not focus on sound at the release. They are aware of it

See if you can find another issue with the same problem already reported by using the filter options. If you cant find one quickly I would keep it ^^

EDIT: Found another report of it. You can close in my opinion. If you wanna keep it, keep it. Can't force you to do stuff

They are already aware of this bug. The player should just put his weapon away and take it out again
