At the moment you are able to walk underwater if done correctly. (Will set you to swim if you stop using it)

Steps To Reproduce
- Stand next to a pond or sea wich is deep enough for you to swim in
- Press the Forward(W) button
- Spam your Vault(V) key
Result: You walking/sliding underwater
Additional Information
Possible Fix: Check if the player is in deep enough in water before using the 'Vault' key
