I guess I didn't clarify right. It wasn't even installed and saying it was running. This was happening for weeks

It works now. I reinstalled it. But like I mentioned there was no Arma in the task manager

I use Discord while playing which tells me when I'm playing certain games... when it says I'm playing Arma 3 it's saying I'm not playing a game in Discord (if that makes sense)

Well, everything works fine until I click on the mods tab. I'm guessing I have way too many.

Could it be the amount of mods I have?
