and im dead now, i have respawned, so no need to kill off my character anymore.. but still, give a suicide or /kill option.. PLEASE!

The answer is no. If you close the game after you change the default device, and re-open the game, it works correctly.

I was just wanting to add a note that maybe in development there can be an option in Sound settings to switch default device so players don't have to close and re-open the game in situations like mine.
