i saw this too: the mosin does not eject the last spent shell of a 5-shot mag. The last spent shell ist ejected after reloading. Point is (as i only fired semi + full-auto weapons while being in the army) that it seems right: Mag-capacity is 5 + 1 Shell chambered - so after shooting 5 shots and reloading 5 shells, the last spent shell is still in the chamber (makes sense to me but I do not have any experience with Mauser-system.
