It's not only client side, and it's not an issue with windows 10 or flushing because it happened to a friend alone who was using windows 7, and when it happens and we're together, we both stop seeing it.

Did you eat some humans? because eating humans gives you a disease that makes you a little crazy and you randomly cry or laugh.
