Hey,

So I paid for DayZ twice while trying to purchase it on Steam. I was wondering if I could get a refund for one of the games because I don't want to pay $30 for no reason. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

I have contacted steam relating this issue, and they told me to talk to the game developer.

Really? Well that makes no sense at all. Hope you get your money back eventually.

very doubtful that I will get any money back from Steam haha

Hi,

please contact Steam again and insist that it is them that should address this problem. We have ABSOLUTELY no control over purchases made through Steam. I'm certain that they will refund your purchase if you accidentally purchased two copies.

In case they tell you to contact us again, please send an email to [email protected] and attach a screenshot of the conversation with Steam (where they are saying that you should contact us) and we will try to take care of the problem.
