Game crashed when spawning after dying

Description

After "you are dead." and hitting the "Respawn" button, 30 seconds elapsed, and then as the game was loading and I saw the dim image of the world around me loading the game froze and the windows app crash screen appeared.

Additional Information

I was chopping trees, and noticed my ax got ruined, then a fresh spawn came up to me and knocked me out and killed me. I died. I hit the "Respawn" button. The 30 seconds elapsed and the game looked as if it was about to enter me into the world (a dim image of my surroundings started to show up) and then it froze and Windows popped up the app crash message. I added all of the additional color in case there's a tidbit that helps with what I was doing/using at the time.
