It seems now after 0.45 , I have a different character on every server that's hosted by a different hoster. For ex, on Vilayer servers I have one character, on Gameserver servers I have another character. Any fix?

idem. had a fully equipped character and now I spawn bambi in every new server.
Might Bohemia have deleted the central hive to delete all those cheated magazines / weapons? and have a fresh patch?

It might have something to do with the Private & Public hives having been separated, but only BI can confirm that. But I agree with the fact that you should have only one character even when changing to a different server.
