It happened a lot to me that I die because of a sudden broken leg when I stand on a roof or on the second floor of a building or on the first floor of a watch tower.
Once I stood on the second floor of a barn and I broke my legs 3 times in a row in quick succession which resulted in instant death. Several times I broke my leg which caused me to die instantly without having the time to patch myself up. Last time I stood on top of the ACT tower in the southern airstrip. Watching over the balcony at a zombie standing on the runway, suddenly I die with the message that my leg is in extreme pain etc. I think it happened at the same moment as I pressed to draw my mosin to take him out.
I don't do weird things, most of the time when this happens I'm just standing watching at something without moving. Once it happened just after climbing a ladder.
It also happened when I was on the roof of the hospital building at the "secret military base" and it happened right when I tried to grab a defibrillator that was there. This specific time some friends were around, and they found me to the side of the building, as if I had dropped off the roof.

It happens sometimes when on a high platform, roof, second floor of barn, probably when doing something; picking up an item, drawing a gun or grabbing something out of the inventory.
Hard to reproduce on purpose but happens too many times to keep certain trust in the game
Event Timeline
This has also happened to me a bunch and has just happened again. This time on the experimental server walking around the Factory @ the new town. (Novo I think) Not the farthest east tall building but he second one I came to right after the stacks. I had just climbed the first ladder and started to look around. I immediately got on my stomach after the first brake and a fracture and started to look around for someone shooting at me. After I didn't hear anything or see anything I crawled slowly to the edge and before I even got close I died.
This has happened to me also twice and one time with a friend while we were playing together. It seems to happen mostly when i'm near some kind of loot, either picking it up or trying to walk over it. The most recent time it happened i was on the second balcony in the new prison tower and tried to pick up and AK stock when i fell to the ground with a broken leg.
