A few times I was dying of thirst and made it to what was a fountain on the map. Sadly it didn't lead me to water. Instead it was just the cement square with a pillar in the middle. Looks kind of like a fountain without water. It could be intentional but it sucks when your dying of thirst and thinking you're saved. I didn't see where anyone else reported this, If it's supposed to be like that my apologies.
