dayz ban
Closed, ResolvedPublic

Description

So the following happened to me less than an hour ago. I wanted to play the new patch with the new AKM spawn so I installed the update for DayZ Experimental and it all worked out. My friend got onto a server, but I was not able to join him due to the server being full. After 10 minutes I asked my friend if we could go back on the normal Dayz server and just play and loot together, but the ‘re’ download of the normal game stopped at 88% and wouldn’t continue for several minutes. Then the percentage was gone and I thought that the update was installed and ready to play. I joined my friend on a normal DayZ server and it auto kicked me off every single time. My friend then told me that he saw my name in the server in red with Battleye Kicked Black Mamba … client banned, or something like that (battleye ban #0513af).

So I am confused with what happened and why I am suddenly banned from the game. Steam has a no tolerance policy for cheating and they cannot revoke the ban. So as I was not cheating, then I really would like to continue playing again.

you have to contact BE for this, this is not the place for a appeal.

Hi,

BattlEye bans need to be disputed with BattlEye. Please contact them directly by using the following email address:

support@battleye.com

Alternatively you can visit their website at:

http://www.battleye.com/support.html

Please note that if you have been banned on ARMA 3 for example then your ban will carry over to DayZ.

Thanks,

JStewart
