i have try to connect to a server today and this message appear :
"your character have been unable to load and have been reset contact customer"
And i have a new character...but i have not been kill or anything else...
How can i recover my old character?

Sorry to hear about your trouble. If you send me your Steam ID url in a note, I'll have a look into it. Example: "http://steamcommunity.com/id/xxxxxxxxxx/"
Also, please let me know if your character is on a Regular/Hardcore server.
If you prefer to send your Steam ID url in a private message, you can click the "Make Private" button to the left of your message after you click the button labeled "Add Note".

We (my friends and I have a fix) log out right after this happens, shut down the game and verify your game files and then restart game everything will come back..
