I have been playing for quite some time now and I have spent several hours making it to the large airfield in the Western portion of the map. Seems to be gliched area where the barracks is and the two bunk beds upstairs. I try to obtain the ammo under the bed by crouching and I seem to fall. this happened twice so far and i have spent several hours trying to make it to that location. Really mad due to the issue that it has taken me a long time to reach that area and only to get all my good backpacks, weapons and ammo. Can I have my items returned and maybe move out that location, I would love to keep testing the game and find glitches and provide feedback. Can someone contact me and please help me with this.

Steps To Reproduce
I ran to the location twice now and after 8 hours of playtime only to get all my gear and weapons i simply die to no cause. I can deal with the glitchy zombies by trying to avoid there attacks when they are 10 feet away facing the other direction but to simply play for hours and finally get my m16 and all gear (twice) just die to no reason at all by falling through the map.
the location is barracks on the large airfield upstairs in the middle of the two bunk beds.
Additional Information
I would really love to continue playing but i feel that i wasted so much time just dying to map glitches like this. Please someone help i really want to continue playing and providing feedback.

I'm afraid that this is all part of the Alpha game, dying because of garbage like this then starting new.
If it helps, this kind of thing has happened to me about five times, and other people have had it more often.
