Kick player and kill him.

You need to disconnect people who get kicked, 30 cd sec can be used for hoppers.
Other solution is timeout where you get timer of 30 sec and can defend.

Sounds like a hopper got killed logging in to a jail. Report the server to the hosting company, this is not the place to vent(bug reports)

Sounds like but the truth is that we attacked Police Station with two guys in it and they kicked us out of server so they could kill us.
This is the place where you report if something is wrong with mechanics of DayZ and this is wrong.
You need to fix logout or server disconnect mechanics of this game.
Do it like it is in mod. When you exit you get 30 sec timer and as long as you do not move you get out, but if you see a guy that wants to kill while in limbo then you can defend. If you get kicked then you should disappear from server and not get killed and looted by some abusing admins twice in same day and three times in one week!
Reporting does not help, it is not possible to prove what happened and i doubt that they would punish a paying customer just due to the fact that he is a douche.
