I always run super slow even at max sprint

Description

So, my guy runs at like a half to a third of everyone else's speed. Even at full energized/hydrated (neon green both) and fully healthy no gun out my guy runs noticeably slow. I've tried dying to respawn with a character and reinstalling the game and nothing works. Help?

Hi,

How many frames per second is your game generally running at? Lower frame rates can cause this.

I have 2 friends with the exact problem, I run with my weapon out and I manage to outrun both of them (They are sprinting). I will investigate the fps issue and get back with info.
