[SEVERE] DayZ freezes entire computer after few moments in-game, when game responds, I'm disconnected from the server.

Description

Okay, I've had this problem for almost a month, and I'm sick and tired of getting no help, because no one even gives a shit. I've tried everything to fix this, and no one cares or wants to help. This problem started on April 5th, no previous problems before it, it just randomly appeared. On a Saturday Night, I was in the middle of a game when the game completely froze. I had music in the background, which also turned off. Tried Alt+tab, nothing, ctrl+alt+del, still nothing. Nothing would get the game to work. Had to hard restart my computer. Eventually I found out that if I waited a few minutes the game would respond, but I would have a "No message received for ___" message. If I tried rejoining, the same thing would happen. I've seen more and more people having this problem, who still can't play the game, even experimental doesn't work. Replacing the Battleye client with the one on the Battleye website sometimes makes the game work for an hour or so. I am getting quite frustrated, but it bugs me knowing this is a severe, and is not getting any attention. Also, I forgot, I tried re installing the game multiple times, didn't do anything. Drivers are all up to date, not sure why its doing this.

Things I've tried to fix it

-Reinstalling Windows 7 (This worked for a few days before the freezes started reappearing)
-Reinstalling the game
-Trying Experimental
-Lowering Graphics settings
-Manually replacing Battleye client
-Ran Virus Scans
-Updating Drivers
-Deleting all traces of game, then re installing.
-Playing Game in windowed mode.
-Verifying Cache, multiple times

I'm at the end of my rope, no one wants to help, and I'm sick and tired of this.

I've found a few other people who have the same problem, and we are tired of waiting. {F30929}

Hi,

Please upload a dxdiag report and the files from
C:/Users/<Name>/AppData/Local/DayZ/

Pack the files into a .rar - if the RAR is smaller than 5000KB, you can attach it here. If it's larger, please upload it to a file sharing website and link it here.

Thanks

Okay, have uploaded dxdiag report and appdata files in zip folder.

I had a similar issue like this back when it was version 32 through 35. My entire computer would freeze. My issue was a caching problem with my processor and RAM. I reseated my processor and RAM and this fixed my problem. Try removing your processor and your RAM and then putting them back in. It took me weeks to figure this one out.

I think my problem may be related to a harddrive issue, but I'm not sure. I opened up event viewer, and ran dayz. Once it froze, then unfroze, I looked at the viewer, and about 5 errors appeared during the time it was frozen, all the same, pointing to my harddrive. I've been messing around with the sata cables and power sources to try fix it.

Hi I had this exact same problem over the weekend, while playing my game would just go black and I have to hard restart my PC, turns out the new (beta) ATI GPU drivers clashed with something in-game ( I reported this issue to ATI and hopefully it will be sorted).

Now in your case looking through your DxDiag file I noticed you have a Realtek Audio card, I think your out of date driver is causing the clash, I had this exact problem with APB. The game would run for 3 - 5 minutes and then my PC would lock-up completely (with some weird buzzing sound)after contacting support and dong some trouble shooting i found that my audio driver was out of date and was clashing with something in-game, anyway after getting the latest driver I never had the same problem again. Try downloading the latest driver from your MOBO's manufacturer site and completely uninstall the old driver before installing the new driver.

If this does not solve the issue then your GPU driver is the problem once again completely uninstall the the old driver and install the latest driver, if you have the latest driver then re-download as you might have a corrupt file within your current driver causing the lock-up.
