Behind the military base that is south of the NW airfield in between vybor and kabanino there is a big hill. At the back side there is a huge rock by a deer stand. If you walk in between the big rock and closest pine tree by this deer stand you start walking up into the air. I have not tried to go very far up as I do not want to fall and die.
