I have some serious bugs for you to fix. hope they get fix fast cant play like this.
Big bug:

When i walk to a town or every place that has a building i got teleported back, Can't come near or i got teleported.

Smaller bug:

The zombies are to fast cant run away for them, they even past me sometimes.
and when i killed a zombie, and he died 5 sec later i got hit out of noware.

and of couse the zombie to the wall and doors glitch.

sorry for my not so good english.

But after all Great work and cant wait for the hunting system.

You get teleported back because of desync, The game puts you back to where your client last communicated successfully with the server, just so you don't run through a wall and fall to your death.

And the zombies going through objects will remain like that for a while as zombies aren't top priority to the alpha.

oke.... but the desync is 0 so how is this possible mij ping is between 6 and 40 most of the time around 12 (i dont join high ping servers) My download speed is 90Mbps and Upload speed is 75Mbps.

And the zombie through objects was only a remember.

and of course press space before hitting someone with a melee annoying? do they gonna remove this, and put it back to normal?

this bug is only in 0.43 in the lower version i had not such a problem like this

No, they're not going to remove the space to ready melee weapon feature. In real life you need to swing a weapon backwards before you can swing it forward and do any noticeable damage. Pressing space bar is like preparing to swing.

And while your desync may be 0 it doesn't mean that your client and the server don't lose contact for a few seconds.

I too am having these issues in .43 with 0 De-Sync showing.
Interestingly it is only on Regular servers, and serious Rubber banding can be repeated when I sprint full bore out of a building but when I stop and go, or walk it does not rubber band.

i have find a small fix but dont know for how long it will help.
You have to reinstall the game. it worked for me, it hasn't came back for so long
