When I tried to use saline bag on other player i got the message "There is nothing left".

I tried 2 different saline bags.

Also the same with a blood bag

This is with everything that is used on another player, f.ex handcuffs

Blood bag / Saline bag / Handcuff have this bug. Tried on different players and the same issue
