Description

If you attempt to use a bloodbag/saline bag or handcuffs on another player a message comes up saying "There is nothing left" and then nothing happens. This happens even when the items are pristine and there is no dysnc.

Steps To Reproduce

Attempt to handcuff or administer a bloodbag/saline to another player and you will see the message " There is nothing left" appear every time.

Additional Information

Have not tried other interactions like burlap sack and force feeding (dont have items to test) but bandaging DOES work.
