A Link for people to gain access to these cheats out there! Can they be taken down or combated somehow?

Getting frustrated, my friends and I have encountering at least three instances of small groups of two or three players who have a "See All" type hack running who are able to run up to players and items that are even hidden from view and also seemingly have the ability to teleport or warp as well. Also seem to be able to create rapid fire weapons from shotguns and other weapons. I was killed last night by an automatic shotgun. This is not the first time I've seem this comment
