When I join a server I have to wait quite a long time before being able to take my weapon or interact with my inventory and environment. On some servers I can't do it at all. And even when I manage to take my gun, it might fail again a few minutes after that.

I know that this is a common bug, but my ping is fine. Everything looks fine. Those servers were working fine until monday. And I haven't seen other reports about this. I don't understand what's happening.

I deleted my config files and verified game cache. I managed to drop a few items, but nothing has changed.
