Try going to a corner of where your stuck and vault, just keep running and vaulting, i went through a floor once and had to just vault while running a few times and i went through the wall(well invisible wall lol)

The least that suggestion will do is that you will starve to death eventually so you will be able to start again.

Walk over to a wall leading outside, stand right against it and vault. Exit the server during the animation and log back in, and you should be on the other side.
