If a player is handcuffed and leaves a multiplayer server, they will reenter the server with their character reset.

  1. Handcuff player
  2. Handcuffed player leaves the server
  3. Handcuffed player's character will be reset upon reentry to any server.

Occurs in standard, unsure about hardcore.

It is a feature. If you logout handcuffed you forfeit your character.

Not a bug. You got what you deserved for logging out while handcuffed. Q&E to break out of cuffs for future reference.
