When I am in a building I will suddenly just fall through the floor and it ended up with me falling to my death. Got stuck under houses, apartment buildings etc. I couldn't get out and had to kill myself by not eating or drinking to get out. Changing servers, logging out or restarting steam or DayZ didn't help at all. If you spawn in certain areas you lose all your equipment.
