Game freezes on citys and crashes sometimes

Description

When i'm in a city like chapayev, cherno or elektro, my game starts to have seriously FPS freezes and lag, and when im with some friends (2-6 players) sometimes the game crashes... the most strange thing its tath all my friends and i have the same problem, AT THE SAME TIME!

Go to a city with a lot of buildings with some other players and just wait.

Additional Information

i tried to put the graphics settings to the minimum but the problem its the same...
