Poor FPS and Major Lag Spikes After Latest Patch. Usually when I spawn on the coast I have 60FPS. I have spawned in multiple times, and I get 30 or lower. Even the towns FPS are lower. Here is my pc specs: AMD Radeon 7560D HD Video Card, Quad-Core AMD Processor with 3.20Ghz, 5.40GB Ram

Rain seems to be a part of it also, but mainly its laggy by itself from this patch. 0.34.115106
