Stuck under a house when logged out while sitting

Description

When I logged out while sitting in a house I'm stuck under the house after the login.
I can stand up and walk around in the house, but I can't leave it, because my character is under the house.
But I managed to leave the house while proning. (took a while to find a spot where I can prone outside the house's boundaries)

Walk over to a wall leading outside, stand right against it and vault. Exit the server during the animation and log back in, and you should be on the other side.
