Same healing status. Once got that, never goes away (even if got healthy stauts).

Same for me but messages like "my stomach feel stuffed" works, they disappear after some minutes.
I think there is the same problem with "healing", never disappear even you are not energized and/or hydrated.

Same Problem.

Ate a lot.
Drunk until stuffed.
Stuffed is not dissapearing since 2h.

Tiny hint:
If you want people to follow your description, make it so they can read it quickly and easily:

1.) Drink water until you get stuffed (or more until you vomit).
2.) Notice hunger getting red, "stuffed" remains
3.) After an hour exaclty, "stuffed" is still there
