Character Reset Both Hardcore and Regular

Description

Logged on this morning and played on both Hardcore character and Regular character without problems. Now (midday) logged on and both characters are reset. WTF? Did the database servers go offline and lost all data?? Please fix this shit....

lost all mine when i logged on at 5:30 am tuesday morning
