Occasionally I encounter items that are either perched atop a shelf or underneath a cabinet which i can not highlight or equip in inventory, regardless of where I stand around it and whether I am standing, crouched or prone. This also occurs sometimes for items stuck within objects such as pants in overturned chairs.
