After respawning i managed to get my hands in some food and drink from a pump, i kept drinking till i got the stuffed notification, and since then i've got hungry and thirsty couple times, i've been playing for 10 hours with this character easily and i've never drink from another pump since then, to see if the notification goes away, but it's still there.
Something very similar happened with the healing, i got into an axe fight and i was victorious, after healing back up the notification never disapeared {F30008}
