I've only had one life so far on the experimental build, but the first thing I did was drink from a lake until i was 'stuffed'. Since then, that tag has not gone away. I've puked once after eating, but ever since then I've just been eating and drinking regularly when it tells me I'm not 'hydrated' or 'energized' and the 'stuffed' signal has not gone orange, but it also has not gone away.
