Very loud static sound when logging in with loaded guns.
Closed, ResolvedPublic

On the experimental servers, I've noticed that when you log out and log back in with loaded weapons, (At least a mosin and a shotgun) it begins making the normal reloading sounds upon logging in but then it turns into an ear slipping super loud static sound that makes me jump 50 feet out of my chair. {F29991}

Question : how many sound sources have you selected in audio settings?

Happens to me as well with 64 sound sources, also is there any need for the reload sound on the menu screen when starting the game and when starting game on game server? Is this sound heard by players in the vicinity? Could give away your position!

Same here, logins and logouts are freakin' scary!

Same here with me today to check into another bug I found, but I did only get the reload sound when logging into the same server, did not have the other static sound you had tho.

ya since the update, this has started been reported by people on the fourms as well, I also have it, every time i log in, reload with any gun etc i get very loud static sounds in my ear (short burst)
