I am stuck in the "room" straight forward when you enter the main building at the military base outside of Kabanio. You walk in, with the jail cell type door to your right and a door you can't open in straight ahead. I was sucked into the wall there and am stuck in that room.

To get out of the building, try sprinting and vaulting against a wall with a melee weapon in hand.

And I am still stuck... can't respawn or do anything... just stare out into the game world wishing I could leave this room...

Still stuck, the couple times something like this has happened I usually pop out within an hour but doesn't seem to be working this time.
