I have been unable to reproduce this on other ladders in game, but one ladder dropped me 3 times in a row. This ladder is at the top floor of the tenement buildings north east of Berezino (or southwest of the lumber mill if you prefer). these are the two large buildings across from the supermarket- specifically the eastern most building. The ladder is on the top floor and would terminate on the rooftop. I tried to climb to the rooftop but after completing the climb animation and returning to an upright standing position I dropped to the bottom of the ladder. I thought it was a fluke so I tried again, same result ( and this time a broken leg). I tried one more time and was dropped consistently for a third time, at which time i died. I have not seen this behavior on any other ladder.

Had a friend die on the very same ladder this issue reports. So its confirmed from our side as well.
i think the dev must disable the filing out damage until they fix the bugs because im relay dead a lot of time and broken my legs
I've done the same, building opposite the supermarket in north east Berezino. Broken my legs and damaged my gear.
Also happened to me multiple times. I guess the character shouldn't be placed that close to the edge of the rooftop after climbing the ladder. In fact I avoid climbing ladders because even if I don't drop i stand dangerously close to the abysm.
Also since the bug seems to appear at any ladder from time to time I would consider this bug more into category movement than environment.
Exactly the same situation in Chapaevsk: tenement_building_small (055 126). Climbed ladder, it looked like I stood on rooftop but dropped down on the top floor twice.
i think you're talking about the new type of apartements that are in cherno, berenzino and dubky.
