Some items that should combine don't

Description

I love the ability to combine items in my inventory, as they allow for me to save space and feel more secure with a full stock of items. I've been able to make great use of this with ammo, but for whatever reason, I can't do it with:

  • Water bottles/canteens
  • Vitamins
  • Antibiotics
  • Painkillers
  • Water purifiers
  • Matches

There may be others, but I know that these for sure won't stack with each other. I would love to be able to carry a full stack of all these items, but I'm forced to pick the largest that I can find, which is almost never full.

ye combining consumables would and i think will be very nice.

taxi driver, I don't mean combining one of those items with a different item entirely; I mean combining two cantines or two bottles of vitamins.

I understand what hes saying with items such as vitas, tabs, and so forth. I wouldn't carry 2 half full bottles of pain relievers IRL - just makes sense. More of a suggestion then a bug report, but got a + from me.

I agree with combining tablets out of a can, like the vitamins. I'd also like to have the possibility of putting other pills into the vitamin cans, especially because this could open a new aspect of poisoning people. >:)

But it seems a bit unreasonable to combine antibiotics or charcole pills since they are in a blister, which is sort of a "use-once-pack".

On the other hand again, they're packed in a cardon which could hold lose pills (more or less).

But just as I consider it unreasonable to run around with an open can of beans in your backpack, I consider it unreasonable to put lose pills in a badly damaged paper cardon.

Summing it up:
Combining canned pills - agree
Putting blister pills into cans - agree
Combining blister pills - don't agree
