On the Western side of Kamyshovo there are some rocks near the base of the hill that overlooks the town towards the shore. My team was having a massive firefight and took refuge behind the rocks, as there is a flat surface to kneel that gives good cover by the raised rocks. However, there is a slight slant that if you touch will cause you slide between the rocks and the hill and you will clip through the rocks and teleport to the bottom of the hill and instantly die. 3 of my 4 squadmates all died in this fashion.
