issue often happens when going to climb down. it starts the climbing animation and then suddenly shoots you off the building or platform. instant death. seems to not grasp climb and jumps you.

Happened to me at military base near pavlovo, one of the tall buildings there when climbing down

I had this happen in the small apartment buildings with the service ladder to the roof.. only when I made it to the top? It dropped me straight down the ladder.
Didn't break a leg, but hurt myself pretty good. Couldn't make it to the roof.
